Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Division Leadership & Business Development
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and vision for a regional electrical construction division
  • Drive revenue by pursuing new projects and building local market presence
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and industry partners
  • Identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategic business partnerships
  • Oversee division financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Align divisional operations with overall company strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Senior Project Management
  • Lead large, complex commercial or industrial electrical construction projects
  • Manage all project phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage change orders
  • Oversee billing, contracts, and financial reporting for assigned projects
  • Monitor project cash flow and ensure strong financial outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in electrical construction, including at least 5 years in project management
  • Prior leadership or operations experience highly
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
  • Deep understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with project management tools, estimating software, and standard office applications
