Electrician – Nottingham
Salary: £37,011 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

My client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Nottingham.

The Role – Electrician

\n

• Install, assemble and maintain electrical switchgear systems

\n

• Work confidently from 3-phase electrical drawings and CAD schematics

\n

• Carry out maintenance, testing, fault finding and repairs on equipment

\n

• Operate electrical tools and equipment safely and effectively

\n

• Modify or repair automated systems when required

\n

• Support the upkeep of workshop tools and equipment

\n

• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and production goals

\n

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety standards

\n

About You

\n

• 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification - COMPULSORY

\n

• JIB / ECS Gold Card holder - COMPULSORY

\n

• Proven experience in electrical installation and low-voltage systems

\n

• Skilled with hand tools and power tools

\n

• Ability to read and interpret CAD-based and technical drawings

\n

• Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively

\n

• Self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure

\n

• A proactive team player with good organisation and time management skills

\n
