Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team working on construction and data center projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer seeking hands-on experience designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems within complex, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical design and installation for construction and data center infrastructure
• Assist with layout, schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform basic electrical calculations, load analysis, and system modeling
• Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and testing under supervision
• Assist in commissioning electrical systems to ensure performance and compliance
• Maintain project documentation and follow electrical codes and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
• Prior , co-op, or project experience but not required
• Familiarity with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Understanding of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desired Skills (Pluses)

• Knowledge of NEC ( Electrical Code) and industry standards
• Experience with data center power systems, UPS, generators, or cooling systems
• Exposure to construction project workflows and documentation

Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE – depending on education, experience, and specific project focus) T
