We’re seeking an Electrical Construction Estimator to support large-scale construction programs with a focus on MEP systems and electrical scope. This role plays a key part in shaping project success by delivering accurate cost planning from early concept through detailed design. It’s a strong fit for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced working on complex projects, with mission critical experience as a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop electrical and MEP cost estimates from conceptual planning through final design stages
- Prepare and present cost plans at key project milestones to internal and external stakeholders
- Support program-level estimating across multiple projects and geographic regions
- Evaluate design changes and new technologies to assess cost impacts and value engineering opportunities
- Analyze historical project data to improve cost models and forecasting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in estimating, cost management, or project cost controls
- Strong background in electrical construction and MEP systems
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects or programs
- Familiarity with conceptual estimating and preconstruction services
- Understanding of value engineering and cost optimization strategies
- Mission critical or data center experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
