Electrical Estimator – Data Centre Projects\n\nLocation: London (Hybrid Working)\n\nSector: Data Centres / Mission Critical\n\nEmployment Type: Permanent / Full-Time\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role is based in London, offering a hybrid working model that combines office-based collaboration with flexible remote working.\n\nTypical project values range from £2 million to £10 million, covering complex and technically demanding electrical packages within a general electrical contracting environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for data centre electrical packages valued between £2m–£10m\n\n• Review tender documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and the employer’s requirements\n\n• Utilise preloaded tender packages and quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software (training provided)\n\n• Estimate electrical systems, including containment, power, lighting, earthing, generators, switchgear, and controls\n\n• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers\n\n• Assess subcontractor bids\n\n• Identify value engineering opportunities\n\n• Support tender adjudications and negotiations\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n\n• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator on data centre or large commercial projects\n\n• Background in general electrical contracting\n\n• Strong technical and commercial understanding\n\n• Experience working on UK and/or European projects\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n• Hybrid working from London\n\n• Competitive salary and benefits\n\n• Career progression within a growing mission-critical business
