Location: Memphis, TN
Project: SpaceX Data Center
Pay: $45/hr + $100/day Per Diem
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 6 Days On / 2 Days Off
Duration: 6+ Months | Long-Term

Finish Line Staffing is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for a long-term data center project in Memphis, TN.

Pay & Schedule

• $45.00/hour
• $100/day per diem
• Per diem paid 7 days per week when full scheduled rotation is worked
• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• 6 days on / 2 days off
• 6+ months of work

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews
• Coordinate manpower and daily work activities
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Oversee conduit, cable tray, wire pulls, terminations, and equipment installation
• Ensure work meets production, quality, and safety expectations
• Communicate material, manpower, and jobsite needs with project leadership

Requirements

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience
• Strong commercial, industrial, or data center electrical background
• Experience managing electrical crews and production
• Ability to work the required night-shift schedule
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• E-Verify required
