Job Position: Electrical Foreman

Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214

Pay Rate: $35.00 - 40.00/hr

Shift: 2nd (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects in Fayetteville, GA. This role is ideal for a strong leader with extensive hands-on experience, particularly in data center environments, who can oversee crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for planning work from blueprints, directing installation activities, and maintaining compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments, including data centers

• Lead and perform electrical work with a high level of safety, quality, and efficiency

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute installations

• Run conduit and install wiring and cable according to project specifications

• Ensure all electrical work complies with Electric Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions

• Perform physical job duties including lifting, bending, and working in active construction environments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial settings

• Proven experience working in a data center environment

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

• Hands-on experience running conduit and installing wire/cable

• Thorough knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards

• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job-site safety
