Electrical Lead

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse upfit projects, data center installations, and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance according to project specifications and codes.
• Manage warehouse upfit projects, including layout, conduit runs, and power distribution.
• Oversee data center electrical work, including power systems, grounding, and cable management.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and report to project managers.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial environments.
• Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with warehouse upfit projects and data center electrical work.
• Ability to manage multiple employees and coordinate tasks efficiently.
• OSHA 30 certification .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
