What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead all phases of electrical construction projects—from planning through final closeout. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership

• Manage full lifecycle of commercial, industrial, or data‐center electrical projects.
• Develop and lead high‐performing project teams.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Budgeting & Scheduling

• Create, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Prepare bids, take-offs, cost estimates, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients from project kickoff through completion.
• Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly and proactively.

Technical & Safety Oversight

• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Oversee installation methods, quality control, and project execution standards.
• Ensure all work complies with safety policies, local codes, and industry standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction (commercial, industrial, or data center strongly ).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering principles, NFPA/NEC codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, scheduling, take-offs, contracts, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field but not required. Experience is more important!.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License a strong plus.
