Electrical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Blackwall, London\nSalary: Up to £87,000 plus benefits\nContract: Permanent\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with strong Mechanical knowledge to join a major project based in Blackwall, London.\n\nThis position is with a well-established contractor delivering complex works within the data centre sector, offering the opportunity to work on high-value, technically demanding projects within critical environments.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing project delivery within a live data centre environment, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest technical standards.\n\nThis role requires a Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale data centre packages and coordinating multidisciplinary teams within mission-critical environments.\n\nEssential Experience\n\nCandidates must have demonstrable experience in:\n\n * \n\n Large-scale data suite fit-outs\n\n * \n\n Structured cabling and fibre network installations\n\n * \n\n End-to-end project delivery within live or critical environments\n\n * \n\n Managing complex electrical packages with a strong understanding of mechanical interfaces\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage project delivery from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * \n\n Coordinate electrical and mechanical installation activities\n\n * \n\n Oversee subcontractors, specialist vendors, and site teams\n\n * \n\n Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and technical specifications\n\n * \n\n Maintain strict health & safety and compliance standards within live environments\n\n * \n\n Manage commissioning, QA processes, and client reporting\n\n * \n\n Liaise closely with stakeholders, consultants, and internal delivery teams\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the data centre sector\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical building services\n\n * \n\n Experience working within live or mission-critical environments\n\n * \n\n Excellent coordination, programme, and stakeholder management skills\n\nCandidates without relevant large-scale data centre experience will not be considered.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £87,000 inclusive of travel allowance\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunity within a growing and technically strong delivery team\n\n * \n\n Exposure to complex mission-critical environments in London
