Role Description:
\n
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion, with a focus on complex facilities and data center environments.
\n
This role oversees project execution, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
-Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
\n
-Lead project execution for data center, mission-critical, and large-scale commercial projects
\n
-Develop project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
\n
-Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
\n
-Review contracts, bids, scope requirements, and project documentation
\n
-Manage change orders, invoicing, and project costs
\n
-Maintain client relationships and project communication
\n
-Monitor project risks, quality, and schedule performance
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
-5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
\n
-Experience managing commercial electrical projects, preferably within data centers or mission-critical facilities
\n
-Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering coordination, and construction processes
\n
-Experience with scheduling, estimating, bids, change orders, and contracts
\n
-Experience managing project budgets and financial performance
\n
-Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and field operations
\n
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
