Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium size construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, including information flow, progress tracking, and reporting on issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Assist with the handover process, ensuring all documentation is completed and expectations are met.
• Serve as a visible leader on-site, assessing project progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities, schedules, and engagement.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the project team.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to refine and improve procedures.
• Lead and attend key project meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing problems, and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Review proposed variations and delays to ensure project continuity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or project management disciplines.
• A degree or relevant experience in a related field is required.
• A project management professional certification is , or willingness to pursue one (support will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both team members and clients, fostering a shared purpose and open communication.
