Electrical Project Manager\nMEP Contracting / Building Services\nHemel Hempstead\n\nA well-established and growing Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a long-term data centre project in Hemel Hempstead. This company has seen consistent growth year-on-year, delivering projects directly for end-user clients across commercial, data centre, and specialist sectors. They pride themselves on financial stability, excellent staff retention, and clear career progression opportunities.\n\nThe Role\n\nManaging a data centre project based in Hemel Hempstead.\nReporting to the Project Lead on site.\nOverseeing Busbar replacements, Switch Panel upgrades, UPS upgrades, and containment installations.\nWorking closely with site teams and clients to ensure safe, efficient delivery.\nUse of management software systems such as Procore or similar is essential.\nLong-term role with future project opportunities following completion.\nSalary & Package\n\n£70,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 travel allowance\n2x bonus schemes: Company bonus (first £3,500 tax-free) & Project-based bonus (per project completed)\nPrivate medical healthcare\nCompany pension scheme\n24 days annual leave + additional benefits\nFor more information, please e-mail (url removed)
