They have successfully completed major developments throughout the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe and are recognised for their technical expertise and client-focused approach.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe Electrical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and procurement through to commissioning and handover — while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Attend and contribute to project start-up meetings.\n\n * Review and understand all project documentation, drawings, and specifications.\n\n * Prepare and manage technical submittals and ensure timely approvals.\n\n * Issue and track RFIs (Requests for Information).\n\n * Maintain labour and resource tracking systems.\n\n * Update and distribute weekly progress reports, highlighting variations or risks.\n\n * Coordinate with the client and main contractor on site-related matters.\n\n * Oversee delivery, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and plant.\n\n * Ensure sufficient materials and equipment are available to meet project timelines.\n\n * Develop and implement project-specific construction and commissioning programmes.\n\n * Produce regular snag lists and manage resolution of outstanding issues.\n\n * Supervise project documentation and ensure proper handover procedures are followed.\n\n * Schedule and attend coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.\n\n * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative practices.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n * Proven experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.\n\n * Strong track record in successfully delivering large-scale electrical projects.\n\n * A relevant qualification in Construction, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management is desirable.\n\n * Experience managing teams and subcontractors effectively.\n\n * Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * Opportunities for professional growth and continued development.\n\n * Employee well-being and support initiatives.\n\n * An inclusive and supportive work culture that values , innovation, and collaboration
