Rotation: On-site with one rotation home per month

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery on a major data centre project in Frankfurt. The role involves managing the full electrical scope through design coordination, installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the electrical works on a large-scale data centre project.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery.
• Plan and manage schedules, progress reporting, materials, and on-site resources.
• Drive high standards of health, safety and quality across all project phases.
• Lead on-site electrical teams and subcontractors, resolving issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning and handover of all electrical systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering major electrical packages, including data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, critical power, UPS, generators and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, technical documentation and client communication.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• EU passport or existing right to work in Germany — work permits cannot be provided due to project urgency.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage but not essential.
