Electrical Project Manager

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Employment: Permanent

Salary: €80,000-€90,000 + Living allowance + Flights + Accommodation

Schedule: 17/4 rotation unless you live in country

Job Description

• Attend project kick-off meetings and review all project details and specifications.
• Take ownership of technical submittals, ensuring timely submission and approval.
• Raise and track RFIs, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
• Maintain and manage labour trackers.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and manage any changes or variations.
• Coordinate with main contractors and on-site client teams.
• Oversee the delivery and installation of project plant and equipment.
• Ensure materials are available as required to meet project timelines.
• Implement construction and commissioning schedules on site.
• Produce biweekly/monthly snag lists and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth handover processes.
• Develop and maintain project-specific schedules.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in general site meetings and follow up on action points.
• Communicate any innovative or project-specific processes to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects.
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management .
• Experience managing and supervising teams.
