An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Tier One Main Contractor, delivering a flagship Life Sciences development in the heart of Central London.
\n
\n
This is a key position on a technically complex, high-profile project that will require an individual with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MEP installations from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Managing the electrical package from inception through to project completion.
- Coordinating and managing specialist electrical subcontractors.
- Working closely with the client, consultants, design teams and wider project stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving programme milestones.
- Overseeing procurement, technical submissions and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring all works comply with project specifications, industry standards and statutory regulations.
- Producing regular progress reports and attending client and site meetings.

Candidate Requirements
\n
\n
- \n
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience delivering Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre or other technically complex projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project performance.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and SMSTS/CSCS certification.
