Electrical Senior Project Manager

Opportunity Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing leader in integrated and off-site electrical manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to support the expansion of its Integrated Manufacturing division.
This organization designs and builds custom, modular electrical solutions—including e-houses, electrical skids, HVAC-integrated systems, and UL 508A panels—for complex, mission-critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial plants.
This is a high-impact role for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment and wants to be at the forefront of modern construction delivery. Youll play a key role in reducing jobsite risk, accelerating schedules, and delivering high-quality, pre-engineered solutions that are reshaping how large electrical projects are executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, internal project teams, and office support functions
- Manage single or multiple contracts, including budgets, schedules, procurement matrices, and overall project execution
- Review and control project financials, monitoring costs versus budgets for large-scale projects and programs (up to $50M+ cumulative)
- Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities in partnership with the Quality team
- Interpret and enforce compliance with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation
- Proactively resolve project conflicts, inter-group issues, and schedule impacts to maintain milestones and delivery commitments
- Collaborate with internal and external procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely material delivery for integration and manufacturing
- Act as a liaison between Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Safety teams to align execution with project goals
- Support the development and continuous improvement of electrical engineering standards, applying industry best practices
- Lead project and program meetings, conference calls, and participate in engineering, design, and constructability reviews
- Lead or support root cause analyses and investigations as required
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the electrical construction industry, with emphasis on large commercial and industrial projects
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline -- OR -- Equivalent experience in industry
- Solid understanding of estimating processes and project cost controls
- Experience with ACCUBID and/or CONEST is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules using MS Project
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with MS Teams and SharePoint
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Data Center experience
