Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shift Technician to join our team within a critical banking environment. This role is responsible for the continuous operation, monitoring, and maintenance of essential systems and infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to incidents, monitoring building management and critical systems, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures. The successful candidate will work as part of a 24/7 shift team, playing a vital role in maintaining business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in critical environments (e.g. banking, data centres, or similar), strong technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical, or HVAC), and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
