Electrical Site Manager - Critical Environments \n\nA growing and well-established building and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their Projects Division. This role will be responsible for managing electrical infrastructure works on a data centre in Slough, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with strong electrical installation experience, particularly within critical or occupied environments, to join a company offering long-term stability and strong employee benefits.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nManage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.\nSet out works in accordance with contract drawings and carry out regular quality checks.\nReview contractor RAMS, technical submissions, RFIs, and ensure specification compliance.\nCoordinate labour, materials, and procurement schedules to ensure the project has adequate resources.\nMaintain accurate site documentation including reports, drawing registers, diaries, and handover records.The ideal candidate will have:\n\nMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation\nSMSTS qualification\nValid CSCS Card\nFull UK Driving Licence\nExperience as an Electrical Site Manager working on critical service projects (data centre experience advantageous)Benefits:\n\nPrivate Healthcare and Dental Insurance\nLife Insurance\nLength of Service Reward Scheme\nTravel Allowance
