Our teams are committed to professional standards and ensure projects meet client requirements and regulatory compliance.\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee all on-site aspects of electrical projects. The role will ensure that project deliverables are achieved efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Ensure on-site compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including EHSQ procedures, toolbox talks, RAMS, and PPE.\n\n * Confirm all necessary permits and approvals are in place.\n\n * Coordinate site plant hire, tools, and workforce logistics.\n\n * Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior staff.\n\n * Manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors effectively.\n\n * Execute commissioning and project close-out plans, including snag list resolution.\n\n * Track workforce utilisation and maintain labour records.\n\n * Handle relevant external correspondence.\n\n * Order daily site materials and ensure timely delivery.\n\n * Maintain project documentation and update progress reports.\n\n * Schedule project-specific tasks and communicate updates to the project team.\n\n * Monitor project quality, reporting and maintaining standards.\n\n * Oversee testing, certification, and system handover processes.\n\n * Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality policies and procedures.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\n * Qualified Electrician\n\n * Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role\n\n * Experience managing and leading teams\n\n * Project management experience is desirable\n\n * Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills\n\n * Current manual handling and safety training certifications\n\nAdditional Benefits\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Opportunities for professional development\n\n * Health, safety, and wellbeing support programs\n\n * Inclusive and flexible working culture
