Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Contract Type: Freelance / 12-Month Fixed Term

Requirements:

• Experience with substation construction and site supervision
• English Fluent
• MV/HV experience
• Willing to mobilize to Germany
• EU right to work

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Manage schedule, budget, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community representatives

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months (freelance contract)
