This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with consistent work available from the start of the project through to completion – and further ongoing projects lined up thereafter.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n * \n Supervising 1st fix and 2nd fix works on high-end Data Centre project\n * \n Overseeing trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery\n * \n Ensuring health & safety compliance on-site\n * \n Liaising with project managers and reporting progress\n * \n Managing materials and coordinating schedules\nRequirements:\n * \n Proven experience as a Electrical Site Supervisor on Data Centre fit-out projects\n * Basket tray.\n * Conduit.\n * Lighting.\n * Snagging.\n * Able to use field view, online snagging platform.\n * \n Able to supervise teams of up to 20 opperatives\n * \n Strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix processes\n * \n SSSTS\n * \n Valid CSCS card\n * \n First Aid at Work ()\n * \n IPAF\n * \n Strong leadership and communication skills\nWorking Times:\n * Mon-Thur 07:00am-18:00pm\n * Fri 07:00am – 17:30pm\n * Sat 07:30am – 17:00pm\n * Sun 07:30am – 16:00pm\n * Weekends by approval only
