Structure Resources is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our client's traveling team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves managing field teams, coordinating with project management and clients, and will require occasional travel.

What They're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction

Strong background managing data center or mission-critical projects

3+ years managing large-scale electrical construction projects (design/build )

Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and low-voltage systems

Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and field resources effectively

Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to oversee multiple active projects and collaborate with project managers

Willingness to travel nationally as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise field operations from project start through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met

Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and daily field activities

Maintain project schedules, RFIs, change order logs, and daily reports

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors on-site

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and General Superintendent to align field and office operations
-
Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum

Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
