Electrical Superintendent

This is a travelling position with travel throughout the Midwest. Direct data center experience with an electrical contractor .

Position Overview
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring quality and safety compliance while effectively managing resources and schedules. This role is critical in leading the electrical team, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical construction teams on site.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and manage field operations.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of electrical tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to maintain the schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical work and provide feedback to teams.
  • Manage material procurement and ensure proper allocation of resources for electrical work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
  • Experience in managing data center electrical projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and field management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are .
