Electrical Superintendent – Commercial / Mission Critical Projects
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site / Field-Based

The Position
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, TX to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial and mission critical projects, including data centers, mission critical facilities, and complex commercial builds. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise electrical field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Oversee installation of electrical systems on commercial, data center, and mission critical projects
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite logistics
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Ensure all work is completed according to NEC, project specifications, and company standards
- Maintain strong jobsite safety practices and enforce OSHA/company safety policies
- Track progress, identify issues early, and support solutions to keep projects moving
- Participate in project meetings, look-ahead schedules, and field coordination efforts
- Mentor foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and field team members
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong background with data centers, mission critical, commercial, or large-scale electrical projects
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, field installation, codes, and construction sequencing
- Ability to lead field teams, manage schedules, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience managing manpower, production, safety, and quality in the field
- Knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical construction best practices
- Journeyman Electrician license , but not required depending on experience
- Must be comfortable working full-time on active construction sites in the Dallas area
