We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee projects within data center environments in the Dallas, TX area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage the day-to-day field operations of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise projects valued at $3M–$5M+
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with company and industry regulations
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or issues
• Review plans and specifications, ensuring work aligns with project scope and quality requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related communication with project managers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial interior buildout projects
• Strong background in electrical or data center construction
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on complex projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of project delivery
