We are partnered with a leading General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on a major data center project.
\n
\n
This is a fully onsite position and an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong mission-critical pipeline, excellent career progression and long-term project security.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Lead the day-to-day field operations and coordination of electrical trade contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the approved project schedule.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of contract documents, drawings and project requirements.
- Develop and communicate field work plans, including any changes or contingency measures.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress and communicate updates to the project team and trades.
- Plan and coordinate jobsite logistics, materials and workforce requirements.
- Lead contractor meetings, daily huddles and pre-task planning.
- Act as a key safety representative onsite, ensuring compliance across all trades.
- Oversee quality-control plans and resolve potential issues before they affect delivery.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Support subcontractor scopes, buyout, T&M tracking and financial forecasting.
- Train and manage Field Engineers, Superintendents and other direct reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners and the wider project team.

Experience Required:
\n
- \n
- 7-12 years of construction experience in a Superintendent position.
- Strong electrical construction experience.
- Experience leading a major component of work or complete projects valued at $30M+.
- Previous data center or mission-critical project experience is highly .
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, scheduling, logistics, cost control and safety.
- Confident leading subcontractors and managing complex onsite operations.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification .
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
