Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

Metric Geo is working with a leading turnkey data center contractor to bring on several Electrical Superintendents for major projects across Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical field operations across one or more active sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all electrical work is compliant with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Lead safety briefings, inspections, enforce site protocols, and maintain a zero-incident culture.
• Collaborate with project management and site leadership from pre-construction through final commissioning.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record on large-scale, mission-critical projects (data centers, power, industrial).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, high-voltage installations, and NEC code requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills across trades and stakeholders.
• Must hold an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
