Electrical Superintendent

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will lead field operations for complex electrical scopes on high-tech, mission-critical projects. Youll be responsible for supervising subcontractors, ensuring safetycompliance, maintaining schedule integrity, and delivering quality installations that meet the demandingstandards of semiconductor environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all electrical field activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment on scope,schedule, and quality
3. Enforce clients safety protocols and conduct daily jobsite inspections and toolbox talks
4. Review electrical drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure constructability and compliance
5. Manage look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, and material deliveries
6. Lead QA/QC efforts for electrical systems, including inspections and punch list resolution

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of semiconductor, data center or mission-critical experience as a superintendent
2. Proven track record on large-scale commercial, industrial, or semiconductor projects
3. Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and cleanroom electrical standards
4. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
5. OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid
6. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools a plus
7. Journeyman or Master Electrician license but not require
