Position Summary:
\n
Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in electrical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
- Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment
- Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues
- Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination
- Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover
- Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively

Basic Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution and critical infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience with data centers, industrial plants, or mission-critical facilities
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes)
- Experience supporting commissioning activities
- Prior work on large, fast-paced construction programs
