Position Summary:

\n

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in electrical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
  • \n

  • Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution
  • \n

  • Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment
  • \n

  • Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
  • \n

  • Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues
  • \n

  • Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination
  • \n

  • Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols
  • \n

  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover
  • \n

  • Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively
  • \n

Basic Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution and critical infrastructure
  • \n

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams
  • \n

  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • \n

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • \n

  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed
  • \n

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data centers, industrial plants, or mission-critical facilities
  • \n

  • Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes)
  • \n

  • Experience supporting commissioning activities
  • \n

  • Prior work on large, fast-paced construction programs
  • \n
