Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent industrial electrical certification
• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Nobody familiar with NFPA 70E
• Technical skills in MCCs, VFDs, and motor controls
• Experience leading electricians, contractors, or technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant electrical activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across multiple voltages
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, I/O, and communication issues
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and electrical work
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities
