Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre project. The successful candidate will have strong shell & core experience and a proven track record of supervising electrical works on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works across shell & core phases\n * \n Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site\n * \n Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\n * \n Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and standards\n * \n Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings\n * \n Liaise with project management, engineers, and other trades\n * \n Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures\n * \n Assist with inspections, testing, and commissioning activities\nRequirements\n * \n Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on data centre or large commercial projects\n * \n Strong shell & core electrical experience (essential)\n * \n Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications\n * \n Excellent leadership and communication skills\n * \n Strong focus on health & safety and quality control\n * \n Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)\n * \n SSSTS or SMSTS ()\n * \n ECS / CSCS card (required)\nWhat We Offer\n * \n Opportunity to work on a prestigious data centre project\n * \n Competitive rates / salary\n * \n Long-term work and career progression\n * \n Professional and safety-focused working environment\nTo apply:\nPlease submit your CV for Electrical Supervisor role
