Electrical-Biased Tender Manager (Data Centre Projects, Norway & Austria)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical-Biased Tender Manager to support data centre projects across Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on leading the tendering process for electrical packages, ensuring accurate cost, technical compliance, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for electrical packages on international data centre projects.

Review designs and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and technical compliance.

Collaborate with commercial, project, and engineering teams to gather required inputs for tenders.

Analyze risks, assumptions, and constraints associated with tender submissions.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to junior commercial or estimations staff where applicable.
Requirements:

Strong electrical background, ideally with hands-on experience in design, installation, or commissioning.

Proven experience in tendering and bid management, preferably in large-scale data centre, industrial, or MEP projects.

Excellent understanding of cost estimation, commercial management, and procurement processes.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Based in London, with flexibility to liaise with international teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:

Experience working on European projects, particularly in Norway and Austria.

Familiarity with data centre electrical systems and standards
