Summit Solutions Group LLC is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support telecommunications infrastructure projects across multiple locations in WA and OR. This position requires frequent travel and out-of-town work. The ideal candidate has strong electrical expertise, experience in commercial or industrial environments, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally on remote job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems supporting telecommunications equipment
• Install and terminate power distribution systems, panels, breakers, and grounding systems
• Perform electrical work for cell towers, data centers, central offices, and related telecom facilities
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and project specifications
• Conduct testing, inspections, and system start-ups
• Work closely with project managers, foremen, and telecom technicians
• Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Travel to project sites as required, including extended out-of-town assignments

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical experience (telecommunications experience )
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical installations
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work out of town
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card or ability to pass a DOT medical exam
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom infrastructure (cell sites, fiber facilities, data centers)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience working on generator systems, UPS systems, and DC power systems
• Lift or fall protection certification

Working Conditions

• Outdoor and indoor job sites
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Travel will include overnight stays and extended project durations
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
