Title: Electricians (Apprentice, Industrial, or Journeyman) – Long-Term Data Center Project in Midlothian, TX

Location: Midlothian, Texas

Duration: Long-Term Opportunity

The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Electricians—from senior Apprentices up through Journeymen and Industrial Electricians—to join a massive, long-term Data Center construction project in Midlothian, Texas. This is a stable, multi-year opportunity where you will be working directly with the electrical subcontractor building the facility. You will be employed and payrolled through our company.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay Rate: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on your experience and license level.
    • Candidates seeking $30+ per hour must possess Journeyman-level experience or licensure.
  • Consistent Overtime: Plan on working 15 to 18 hours of overtime per week (paid at 1.5x your hourly rate), providing a significant boost to your weekly income.
  • Long-Term Stability: This is a multi-year project, offering secure and predictable employment.

Schedule:

  • Consistent hours with weekly overtime (approximately 15 to 18 hours).
