We are seeking an EMEA Data Centre FM Services Lead to serve as the single, authoritative point of contact for building, developing, and operationalising the EMEA Data Centre Facilities Management Services business.

The Role: What You’ll Do

You will hold comprehensive accountability for the growth, financial strategy, and operational performance of our data centre FM delivery network across EMEA:

  • Strategic Growth & Advisory: Formulate and execute robust regional business plans; provide high-level technical expertise to Corporate Solutions Sales leads, Account Directors, and enterprise clients during complex pitches and regional client assignments.
  • Market Leadership & Business Development: Act as the strategic market face of our clients' Data Centre FM services; nurture high-value client relationships, lead tender/bid activity, handle commercial sign-offs, and ensure a high-volume, quality revenue pipeline.
  • Operational Excellence & Mobilisation: Actively lead critical transition and mobilisation activities for new contract wins. Establish rigorous contract compliance and site safety standards across both front- and back-of-house operations.
  • People & Matrix Leadership: Mentor, develop, and scale internal technical talent. Foster an integrated, cross-functional network across Country Teams, Service Lines, and external supply chain partners.
  • Financial & Asset Management: Take absolute ownership of the business line's P&L, driving revenue growth, working capital efficiency, and operating profit without ever compromising safety or service standards.

Who You Are

We are looking for an assertive, high-energy, and systematic leader with deep commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the technicalities of the critical data centre ecosystem.

Must-Haves:

  • Technical Credentials: A strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background is critical for establishing technical credibility in complex, critical infrastructure environments.
  • Strategic Data Centre Track Record: Proven experience running medium-to-large-scale operations across the entire sector lifecycle (Enterprise, Hyperscale, and Colocation).
  • Commercial & BD Mastery: Deep capability in contract negotiations, structural business development, supply-chain management, and robust regional P&L management.
  • International Network: An existing, established professional network within the Hyperscale and Enterprise client and service-provider space across EMEA.
  • Interpersonal Gravitas: Exceptional capability to operate effectively at both micro and macro levels, influence integrated teams within a matrix framework, and comfortably engage at the CEO/CTO/COO/CIO executive levels.
  • Adaptable & Self-Starting Mindset: An entrepreneurial approach with the capacity to handle ambiguity, process limited data, and deliver optimal, innovative solutions under pressure.
