Leadenhall Search & Selection is currently partnering with a leading Telecom & Technology advisory consultancy to hire an Engagement Manager into their growing Boston team.

This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised strategy and advisory firm that works with leading telecom operators, digital infrastructure providers, and private equity investors on high-impact strategic and transaction-related engagements across the TMT sector.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end client engagements across strategy, market analysis, and investment-related advisory work

• Managing project teams and overseeing quantitative analysis, research, and client deliverables

• Supporting strategic decision-making for telecom, infrastructure, and technology clients

• Presenting analytical findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders

• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to broader firm growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with financial modeling and research

• Prior experience leading workstreams and managing client relationships

• An interest in Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT), digital infrastructure, or broader technology markets

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
