Are you an experienced engineering leader with a background in critical environments?\n \n We're recruiting for an Engineering Lead to oversee engineering operations at a prestigious banking facility in Central London. This high-profile 3-month interim assignment offers the opportunity to lead a mission-critical environment, providing technical leadership, operational oversight, and client engagement during a key transitional period.\n \n Working for a leading Facilities Management provider, you'll play a vital role in maintaining service continuity, driving compliance, and ensuring exceptional engineering performance across a complex and highly regulated site.\n \n The Role \n  \n As Engineering Lead, you will:\n \nProvide leadership across a critical banking environment, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. \nLead and support the onsite engineering team, driving performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

\nAct as the primary engineering contact for the client, building strong stakeholder relationships. \nOversee permit-to-work systems, risk management processes, and engineering governance. \nSupport incident management, audits, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.

You \n\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\n \nProven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within Facilities Management or critical environments. \nStrong experience within banking, financial services, data centres, or other mission-critical facilities. \nDemonstrable success managing engineering teams within live operational environments.

\nExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. \nRelevant Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications and a strong understanding of compliance and engineering governance. What's in it for you?
