Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:
This role joins a centralized Enterprise Architecture (EA) function that is being rebuilt and strengthened to create clearer technology direction, tighter standards, and stronger alignment across business units. - Lead modernization strategy across legacy ecosystems, focusing on the next leap forward beyond incremental upgrades.
- Drive cloud strategy and adoption patterns, including migration enablement, landing zone and shared services direction, and optimization across AWS and Azure.
- Guide infrastructure transformatio,n including data center evolution (dedicated → shared → COLO), hybrid connectivity, resiliency, and disaster recovery strategy.
- Shape application and development platform direction, improving developer enablement through reusable patterns, SDLC guardrails, and platform consistency.
- Establish and mature Cloud Center of Excellence-style enablement: playbooks, reference architectures, coaching, training, and adoption support that teams actually use.
- Build portfolio transparency and insight, including system usage by business process, duplication, sprawl, and total cost of ownership.
- Identify architectural hotspots and translate them into actionable roadmaps, standards, and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
- Coach and mentor architects across levels (principal, solution, application, data, infrastructure, security), raising maturity across people and process.
- Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, navigating strong viewpoints and driving alignment with confident communication.
