Your Impact:

This role is part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team within Meade Engineering. You'll help us expand into new markets, win early customers, and build scalable sales processes that drive long-term success.

Ideal candidates have experience in Business Development or Sales Support, with a strong focus on lead and pipeline building. This is a quota-carrying position where you'll partner with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate outbound leads for commercial markets and close small-to-medium business deals
  • Build interest in Meade Engineering's enterprise solutions within target accounts
  • Develop and refine prospect messaging to maximize engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts
  • Support Account Executives with sales activities (approx. 25% of your time)

Location: Tempe office | Hybrid Schedule after 90 days.
