In this role, you will support the full design lifecycle by implementing design revisions, resolving technical drawing discrepancies, and maintaining configuration control within engineering systems such as Autodesk Inventor and Vault. You will collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to improve manufacturability, address production challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, performance, and cost effectiveness. Through active participation in design reviews and engineering projects, you will contribute to the development of innovative cooling and modular infrastructure solutions that support some of the world's largest data center and technology customers.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and the ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.

\n

• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, sheet metal design, and basic structural concepts relevant to HVAC and equipment manufacturing.

\n

• Ability to interpret engineering documents, including specifications, P&IDs, technical standards, and equipment layouts.

\n

• Experience preparing fabrication, weld, and assembly drawings with clear dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.

\n

• Familiarity with industry codes and standards commonly used in mechanical and HVAC equipment design (e.g., ASME, API, or similar).

\n

• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

\n

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineering, production, and project teams on-site.

\n

• Ability to use basic office and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PDF markup tools, document management systems).

\n

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical design, drafting, engineering technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
