Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for light industrial, data centre, and commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and scope alignment
• Manage bid proposals, timelines, and deliverables to meet client and company expectations
• Support preconstruction efforts by identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure reliable pricing and availability

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to light industrial, data centre, or commercial projects
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
