Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator with a specialization in Industrial Data Center Manufacturing and Preconstruction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in material selection, construction oversight, inspection, engineering plans, project management, and expertise in steel and concrete. A strong understanding of safety regulations and practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project proposals and specifications to create accurate cost estimates for Industrial Data Center projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to review and interpret engineering plans and designs.
- Select appropriate materials and methods for construction, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Implement project management practices to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating within the industrial data center and manufacturing sectors.
- Proven expertise in material selection, construction oversight, and inspection.
- Strong understanding of engineering plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management, with a focus on steel and concrete construction.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
