Korn Ferry is partnering with our client on their search for an Executive Administrator/Assistant.

Role Summary:
- Title: Executive Administrator
- Reports to: CFO, Interim CEOs, and Executive Leadership Team
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Primary Focus: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating key initiatives, supporting executive communications, and helping build scalable administrative infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for executive leadership
- Support the CFO and two Interim CEOs while assisting with the transition and onboarding of the future permanent CEO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings, investor meetings, customer engagements, and strategic planning sessions
- Prepare agendas, executive presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
- Track key action items and ensure accountability across executive leadership teams
- Serve as a central coordination point for executive priorities and cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain scalable administrative processes, systems, and workflows to support company growth
- Support office operations, vendor relationships, and general administrative functions
- Coordinate company events, leadership offsites, and customer-facing activities
- Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Interface professionally with investors, board members, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate scheduling, and onboarding activities as the company scales
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across executive support functions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of executive administration or executive assistant experience
- Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, CEOs, CFOs, or senior leadership teams
- Proven success operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with executive-level professionalism
- Ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines with minimal direction
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating board meetings, investor relations activities, and executive communications strongly
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, power , utilities, construction, engineering, technology, or data center industries is highly desirable
- Experience supporting organizations involved in large-scale capital projects is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive "figure it out" mindset
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate as a trusted business partner
- Collaborative personality with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of an organization
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target Base Compensation: $120K–$150K (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
