  • Accelerated energization and commissioning
  • Portfolio-level visibility and reporting
  • Financial discipline and GMP control
  • Program recovery when required
  • Alignment between field execution and executive client expectations

This position mirrors the operational depth of a COO but is focused entirely on project delivery excellence and hyperscale infrastructure execution.

  • Lead multi-site hyperscale data center programs.
  • Oversee project controls, scheduling strategy, and financial management.
  • Ensure portfolio visibility across risk, schedule, and budget metrics.

3. Financial & Contractual Authority

  • Lead GMP buyouts and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain P&L accountability for major program portfolios.
  • Implement value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
  • Recover delayed or distressed projects and restore performance alignment.

4. Executive Client Advisory

  • Serve as senior liaison to hyperscale and Tier 1 data center operators.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic oversight.
  • Align program execution with client SLAs and long-term infrastructure plans.
  • Support pursuit strategy and expansion of key accounts.

5. Organizational Leadership

  • Mentor and develop Area Directors and senior Project Managers.
  • Build scalable operational systems and performance dashboards.
  • Strengthen TWG’s internal commissioning and execution standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 20+ years in mission-critical or hyperscale data center construction.
  • Proven leadership of multi-phase campus builds (20MW–50MW+).
  • Extensive commissioning and startup experience (L3–L5).
  • Executive-level financial oversight of $35M–$75M+ portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to accelerate schedule and recover at-risk projects.
  • Deep understanding of hyperscale client environments.
  • Strong executive presence with both field credibility and board-level communication skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
  • Accelerated commissioning and speed-to-market performance.
  • Improved delivery consistency and financial outcomes.
  • Strong client retention and executive-level trust.
  • TWG recognized as a premier mission-critical execution partner.

Travel & Expense Coverage (If Applicable)
