Company DescriptionTrinity Fire & Technology is a privately owned, rapidly expanding life-safety and technology contractor built for mission-critical delivery—with a major focus on data centers and other high-reliability facilities across West Texas and beyond. We’re actively executing 85+ projects, supporting a 2,700+ client base, and monitoring 600+ accounts, which means steady work, real opportunity, and a team that’s scaling fast.

We’re an Autocall and ANSUL dealer, and we self-perform the work that matters: design-assist/design-build support, submittals, procurement, installation, programming, testing, acceptance, commissioning support, and turnover. Our technicians and project teams don’t just “hang devices”—we deliver systems that pass, perform, and close out clean.

What We Do (Our Core)

Fire Alarm (Autocall platform) — new construction, tenant improvements, service, inspections, troubleshooting, and complex integration

VESDA / Aspirating Detection (Xtralis) — high-sensitivity early warning detection for data halls, electrical rooms, and critical infrastructure

Special Hazards & Releasing Interfaces — pre-action releasing/sequence support, shutdown logic, aborts, and testing coordination (project-dependent)

Gas Detection — monitoring and integration for mission-critical environments (project-dependent)

Mission-Critical Integration — shutdown sequencing (CRAH/HVAC), relays, and tie-ins to owner platforms, BMS/EPMS, and centralized monitoring (project-dependent)

ERCES / BDA / DAS — in-building public safety radio coverage and compliance support

Integrated Low-Voltage — CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and A/V when it supports the client’s full technology ecosystem

Why High Performers Choose Trinity

Data center work is different—and that’s the point. You’ll be exposed to higher standards: commissioning mindset, documentation discipline, turnover expectations, and real accountability.

You can specialize here. VESDA, releasing/shutdown sequencing, ERCES/BDA/DAS, integrated security—build a niche that makes you more valuable every year.

Clear growth paths with real support. We invest in licensing and certifications (Texas FAL, NICET, VESDA/Xtralis, manufacturer training) and promote based on capability.

You’ll work with a team that finishes strong. We care about quality, clean closeout, and professionalism with owners, GCs, engineers, and AHJs—because reputation is everything.

Fast growth = leadership opportunity. Foremen, lead techs, field leadership, coordination, PM track—if you perform, you won’t wait behind layers of corporate red tape.

Benefits

Trinity offers competitive pay with performance-based bonuses, plus a benefits package that supports long-term stability. Depending on role and eligibility, this may include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match (up to 3%), paid time off, and paid holidays. For qualifying field positions, we also provide the tools to do the job right, which may include a company vehicle, phone, and laptop or tablet. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidates.

The Culture

At Trinity, we keep it simple and we take it seriously. We do what we say we will do, we build it right the first time, and we document it clean because that is what separates real professionals from everyone else. We treat customers, general contractors, engineers, and AHJs with respect, and we protect our reputation by showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and finishing strong.

Internally, we take care of our people. You will be supported by a team that answers the phone, solves problems, and has your back in the field. We are direct about expectations, and we invest in you through training, licensing, manufacturer certifications, and mentorship because your growth drives the company forward. If you bring effort, integrity, and pride in your craft, you will not be stuck in place here. You will earn more responsibility, better opportunities, and a real path into leadership on some of the most demanding, high-visibility projects in the industry.Company DescriptionTrinity Fire & Technology is a privately owned, rapidly expanding life-safety and technology contractor built for mission-critical delivery—with a major focus on data centers and other high-reliability facilities across West Texas and beyond.
