Finish Line Staffing is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for an exciting, long-term opportunity on a major data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a chance to secure steady work, strong pay, and great benefits with immediate openings available.

Position Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 14+ months (long-term, steady work)
- Schedule: 50+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Worksite: Industrial/commercial data center
- Job Type: Full-time, long-term contract
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $45 – $48 (based on experience)
- Per Diem: $125/day (tax-free)
- Sign-On Bonus: $800 after the first full week
- Overtime: Available and encouraged
- Stability: Consistent work with a reputable employer
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (eligible for Iowa reciprocity)
- Strong experience in commercial/industrial electrical work
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
