Fabricator - Data Center Airflow Containment Systems

TechnoGuard is hiring for fabrication technicians to support our in-house production of data center containment systems - stick-built hot aisle/cold aisle containment panels, doors, system components and BlueMamba® gap sealers.

We’re looking for candidates with hands-on fabrication or construction experience—whether building structures, working with metal, carpentry, or installing specialized systems.

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate containment system components per design specifications.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet daily production goals and uphold rigorous standards of quality control.
• Maintain tools and shop equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for fabrication work.
• Stage materials and track inventory usage to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Occasionally assist with product deliveries to off‑site locations.

Requirements:

• 6 months+ of fabrication or construction experience .
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required.
• Attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Forklift certification or willing to obtain.
• OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid/current driver's license.

Applicants must be able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, temps ranging between 0-100 degrees, and be able to lift 50lbs and be on their feet 50% of day or more.

Hours 6AM-3PM Mon-Fri. (Overtime As Needed).
