JOB SUMMARY

Join TechnoGuard's fast-growing fabrication team and support the production and assembly of our data center airflow containment systems. You'll build and assemble the panels, doors, and other structural components that keep the region's data centers running safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for candidates with hands-on fabrication or construction experience—whether building structures, working with metal, carpentry, or installing specialized systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Use power tools and hand tools to fabricate containment system components per design specifications.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet daily production goals and uphold rigorous standards of quality control.
• Maintain tools and shop equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for fabrication work.
• Stage materials and track inventory usage to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Occasionally assist with product deliveries to off‑site locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months+ of fabrication or construction experience .
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required.
• Attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Forklift certification or willing to obtain.
• OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid/current driver's license.
• U.S. citizenship

Applicants must be able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, temps ranging between 0-100 degrees, and be able to lift 50lbs and be on their feet 50% of day or more.

Hours 6AM-3PM Mon-Fri. (Overtime As Needed).
